What to Expect:
Before Your Treatment
Prior to your treatment, you’ll undergo a consultation with our injectors to learn more about your medical history, desired results, and more. We’ll provide you with preparation instructions, which includes avoiding the sun before your appointment.
During Your Treatment
We’ll first cleanse the skin and apply a numbing cream if you’re sensitive. Our injector will then insert the product into the desired treatment areas, often working with it to ensure it settles in correctly. This can take anywhere from 15 minutes to around an hour depending on your individual treatment and the amount of product necessary.
After Treatment
You might notice some swelling and redness, but this should typically dissipate within the following days. If you want to use ice or a cold pack, we recommend you be as gentle when applying it as possible. We also encourage you to avoid the sun and vigorous activity as much as possible after your appointment, to allow the filler to settle in undisturbed.
